Junior QA Engineer
Requirements:
High Technical Degree
Basic knowledge of software testing methods and technologies
Knowledge of professionally specific software (Bug Management Systems, Test Tools)
Good technical English reading/writing skills
Understanding of Telecom technologies and a background in analyzing and developing technical documentation would be preferred
Responsibilities:
Analysis of project documentation
Development of test documentation
Performs product testing and product documentation testing
Taking part in Bug/Change Management
Opportunities to make a business trip abroad
Taking part in working on site with the Customer
Interacts professionally with Customers
Providing quality control throughout the production cycle
Help Desk Specialist
Requirements:
Education:
Higher technical education (5-6th year student able to work full time)
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience of working experience as Help Desk Specialist / IT engineer / System administrator;
Experience in deployment and maintenance MS AD, MS services package, Windows 2000/2003, protocols: TCP/IP, smtp, HTTP, FTP
Skills:
Linux, manageable Ethernet switches, IP hardware routers, firewalls, Intel servers. Application software;
Good technical English.
Responsibilities:
IT infrastructure deployment and support;
Maintenance of equipment (services, network, telephony and etc.);
Taking part in company projects.
