посоветуйте пожалуйста как добыть такую лицензию, или записаться в комманду, которая ее уже имеет.

Entry is open to all cyclists, both touring and amateur cyclists, with a valid 2012 F.C.I. license or equivalent license from other sports entities such as Udace, Uisp, ACLI, AICS, CSI, Endas, Csen, Inlac, Cns Libertas. Included are foreign entities recognized by the UCI (Note : Triathlon licenses are not recognized by FCI). Both male and females license holders can participate between the ages 19 and 65. Permission is granted to minors, aged over 17 years, persons over 65 years and ciclosport riders, but they are restricted to the short course of 118km.

for those not holding a regular cycling license recognized by UCI, it is compulsory to ask for a day license �FCI FREE TIME� at a cost of �10.00. You should ask for the day license at the time of registration. The day license includes rider insurance. If you choose to register for a One Day Race License, it is compulsory you also send a copy of:
Medical certificate declaring your fitness to compete in a Granfondo event.
Medical certificate declaring your good health to compete in the Mediofondo event.
If you don�t present the medical certificate you won�t be able to register for the race.
